Everybody offers internship: Design a cherished child’s coffin for South Africa
(February 29, 2008) During a recent research project in Botswana and South Africa the Everybody Company had discovered that there is social and emotional need for affordable and respectful child’s coffins for traditional funerals. Infant and Child mortality is extremely high in Southern Africa, families struggle to pay for a child’s funeral. The Everybody Company believes that an effective and sensitive coffin design can considerably add to the emotional well being of those dealing with tragedy.
